Each season and forage is different, creating a unique blend of our community. I produce a wholesale west coast, farm-style cider; minimally processed with no sulfites, additives, or sweeteners. No two batches are alike and are limited editions. HHC is the result of 20+ years of creative drive by one unstoppable woman. After years of setbacks I've finally been able to introduce a natural cider to the community. You'll find my orchard fresh ciders at retailers on the Olympic Peninsula.
