Hello out there from the Crazy River Family! As the summer heat ebbs and flows across the country, we may need to delay shipments to areas experiencing extreme heat. Our cider is alive and extremely heat can affect flavor. Our shipping platform keeps us up to date on areas where shipping cider could alter the quality of the product. If you are in one of these areas when your order is placed, we will contact you to provide more information. Next Day Air is recommended if you know that it is super hot in your neck of the woods! Thanks for stopping by…. Nothing like a cold cider on a hot summer day! A regenerative family farm specializing in heritage and traditional cider apple varieties located in the Mad River Valley of Humboldt California. We craft small batch harvest driven hard ciders. For all of our ciders we use apples we pick at peak ripeness and press shortly after harvest just yards away from the orchard. The cider is then slowly fermented over the winter & aged in our traditional redwood cider barn. All of our ciders are unfiltered, fermented dry, and then go through a secondary fermentation in the bottle creating delightful bubbles! It is our mission to bring you responsibly produced ciders that reflect the collaborative relationship we cultivate with our land and the other beings who make their homes on what we call Crazy River Ranch.
