The speciality: Apfeltau is not distilled; instead, water is extracted from cider by ice distillation to concentrate the aromas, alcohol and flavour. In contrast to distillation, this method of production retains almost all of the flavour carriers. This makes apple dew unique and results in a fruity, intense flavour experience.
