Is pommeau gluten free?

Pommeau is made from apple must and cider brandy, so plain pommeau does not contain gluten grains. Gluten issues arise from wheat, barley or rye, not from apples. As with other drinks, flavoured variants or shared equipment claims should be read on the label if you need certified gluten-free assurance.
